Human Service Champions Award Nomination
Know of an organization who is deserving? Nominate them!
Basic Needs – Nominees can include any organization that provides for the basic needs of individuals, such as food, clothing, and shelter.
Education & Workforce – The winner from this category will be an organization that is providing education or workforce development services to children all the way up to senior citizens.
Health & Wellness – To be considered for this category, an organization must provide services that help people live healthy lifestyles, present disease, and treat those already afflicted.
Family & Children – A nominee can include any organization that aims to strengthen or enhance the lives of families, marriages, and/or children.
Vulnerable Populations – The winner of this particular award will be an organization who exists to serve a specific, vulnerable population. The population can be based on geographic location, race, ethnicity, age, or any other socio-demographic characteristic.
Advocate of the Year – Unlike all the other awards which are given to organizations, this prestigious award is given to an individual whose efforts have made a profound impact on the quality-of-life for our county’s most vulnerable people.
