As the City of Columbus contemplates its budget for 2021, we offered the following testimony today:

“We’ve got to do more. Our hope is that the federal government steps up here and allocates those resources for our community to allow us to put more money in place to help the sector make it through and meet the enormous need that continues to exist that unfortunately isn’t going to to anywhere any time soon….

Even $20 million–an increase to $20 million wouldn’t even suffice, that’s how significant it is. And I would plead: Let’s find more money.
